Metrics

Monitor volume, payments, invoices, subscriptions, and customers in real time.

Paisr provides real-time metrics across five categories: payment volume, payments, invoices, subscriptions, and customers. Metrics are available from the dashboard and via the Metrics API.

Dashboard

The dashboard homepage shows a live summary of your most important metrics — recent payment volume, outstanding invoices, and active subscriptions — so you can monitor the health of your business at a glance.

Reporting Section

Navigate to Reporting → Metrics in your dashboard for a detailed breakdown of each metric category with date range filtering and day-by-day charts. You can view trends over any custom period to understand how your revenue, customer growth, and billing activity are tracking over time.

Metrics API

Retrieve metrics programmatically using the API. Use the filter parameter to select the metric category and the start_date or end_date parameters to set the time window.

curl -X GET "https://api.live.paisr.tech/v2/metrics?filter=volume&start_date=2026-01-01&end_date=2026-01-31" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <token>" \
  -H "User-Agent: MyApp/1.0"

All date values use the YYYY-MM-DD format. If no dates are supplied the API returns metrics for the last 7 days.

Metric Categories

Volume

Payment volume gives you a currency-by-currency breakdown of all funds flowing through your account. This is the top-level financial summary of your business.

The response includes a results array with one entry per currency:

settled_volumeFunds that have completed settlement to your wallet
refunded_volumeTotal value of refunds issued
lost_volumePayments that failed, expired, or were charged back
fee_volumeTotal platform fees deducted
tax_volumeTotal tax collected

Payments

Payment metrics give you a count-based view of all payment activity by status.

FieldDescription
totalTotal number of payments in the period
pendingPayments awaiting completion
settledSuccessfully settled payments

refundedPayments that were reversed
cancelledPayments that were cancelled before completion

The series array provides a day-by-day breakdown with initiated, approved, and cancelled counts per day.

Invoices

Invoice metrics show how your billing activity breaks down by status.

FieldDescription
totalTotal number of invoices in the period
unpaidInvoices issued but not yet paid
paidInvoices with full payment collected
voidedInvoices that were voided

The series array includes new, paid, and voided counts per day so you can track collection rate trends over time.

Subscriptions

Subscription metrics show the current state of your recurring billing.

FieldDescription
totalTotal number of subscriptions in the period
pendingSubscriptions awaiting initial payment
activeLive subscriptions currently billing
suspendedSubscriptions paused due to a failed renewal
cancelledSubscriptions that have been cancelled

The series array includes new, started, and ended counts per day, making it easy to track churn and growth together.

Customers

Customer metrics give you a view of your customer base growth over time.

FieldDescription
totalTotal number of customers on your account
newCustomers created within the requested time window

The series array provides a daily new count so you can track acquisition trends.

Date Filtering

All five metric categories support start_date and end_date query parameters to scope the results to a specific period:

Last 7 days

curl -X GET "https://api.live.paisr.tech/v2/metrics?filter=payments&start_date=2026-01-24&end_date=2026-01-31" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <token>" \
  -H "User-Agent: MyApp/1.0"

Full month

curl -X GET "https://api.live.paisr.tech/v2/metrics?filter=volume&start_date=2026-01-01&end_date=2026-01-31" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <token>" \
  -H "User-Agent: MyApp/1.0"

Omitting both date parameters returns metrics for the last 7 days.
